How do I get a quote for my specific vision?

Since every project is custom-made, we provide tailored quotes. The best way to start is by filling out our Consultation Form. Please include your event date, venue, and any inspiration photos you have and schedule a time to discuss further. Once we review your details, we will reach out to discuss your design at the scheduled time and provide a formal estimate.

How far in advance should I book my event? 

To ensure we have your date and specific materials available, we recommend booking at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance of your event. (Final payment due two weeks before event.) However, our calendar often fills up months ahead for peak event seasons (graduation, holidays, and weddings). If you have a last-minute request, please reach out—if we have a cancellation or an open slot, we’d love to help! 

Do you offer delivery and on-site installation? 

Yes! We are a full-service event design company. Our team handles the delivery, professional setup, installation, and breakdown to ensure your décor looks perfect and is structurally secure. Service fees are calculated based on many variables including, but not limited to, the size of the installation and the distance to your venue. 

What happens if my event is outdoors and it rains?

We always recommend having a backup indoor location or a shaded/covered area to help your décor stay photo-ready throughout the event. Balloons are sensitive to heat and extreme weather and even the slightest winds can effect event decor. While we do our best to secure installations, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of balloons placed in direct sunlight or rain.

Can I customize the colors and themes of my balloon decor?

Absolutely. We pride ourselves on hyper-custom creations. While our standard balloon designs include up to three colors, we can source custom balloons to create unique, high-end shades that perfectly match your brand or event palette. We can also add floral accents, crystals, foil/mylar balloons, or personalized vinyl lettering. And, we offer a wide range of Latex-Free balloon designs, too!

How long does balloon decor typically last?

Indoor balloon installations can look great for several days, or even weeks, depending on the environment and temperature. For outdoor events, factors like sun exposure, wind, rain, and heat will affect the lifespan. We use premium-quality balloons and professional techniques to maximize durability, regardless of the setting. But, cannot guarantee longevity for outdoor installations due to these variables.

Do you provide the backdrops and stands, or do I need to rent those separately?

We offer a variety of rental items, including poles, stands, drapery/linen, hoop frames, shimmer walls, and custom backdrops and props, as part of our design packages. You don't need to worry about sourcing hardware—we bring everything needed for the setup and will return after your event to break down and collect our rental equipment.
